MARCH 2010 Sara Schaeffer - Luther North - competed in the IHSA Solo and Ensemble Contest; earned “Superior” rating. FEBRUARY 2010 Sara Schaeffer - has been accepted into the nursing programs at Loyola and Valpo. Trevor Schaeffer - Trevor was accepted to Augsburg, Carthage and Wartburg, pursuing a degree in Social Work. JANUARY 2010 Adam Bennett - accepted at Northern Illinois University, undergraduate Engineering program and accepted into NIU Honors program Marty Navarette - is applying to West Point Arthur Stone - made first honors for first semester (Loyola Academy) DECEMBER 2009 Luther North 1st Quarter Honor Roll Katie Dahmer - High Honor Roll Adam Bennett - Honorable Mention Courtney Harfmann - Honorable Mention Jasmine Idak - Honorable Mention ___________________________________________________________ OCTOBER 2009 Jasmine Idak was this year's Homecoming Queen at Luther North Sara Schaeffer Sara has been selected to participate in the Illinois Music Educators Association District Band. This elite group is made up of the best high school musicians in Chicago and the south suburbs.
